The analytic side of this include execution and monitoring of strategies and watching the performance. All the platforms have deep analytics that can be observed and improved upon.
The art side of it is understanding the behaviour of audience and making adjustments to build digital relationships and trust. There is a new skillset of building digital trust. In the old days, it was required to meet in person to build trust. Although that is still valid, in the new era, there is a need to build digital trust to allow for exponential growth.
